At Kempker, we provide API 661-compliant air-cooled heat exchangers designed for high efficiency, durability, and performance across a wide range of industrial applications — including condensing, petroleum refining, gas compression, power generation, refrigeration, and petrochemical processing. Every tube bundle is engineered and fabricated in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 standards. A proprietary parametric structural design and 3D modeling system is used to help reduce vibration by up to 20% below API 661 allowable limits, ensuring long-lasting reliability and structural integrity in demanding environments.

Air-cooled heat exchangers are built using premium materials and advanced configurations to meet client specifications. Aluminum fin options include L Tension, Embedded, and Extruded types for optimal thermal performance. We offer a wide range of tube materials, such as Steel, Chrome Moly, Stainless Steel, Copper, Copper Nickel, 2205 Duplex, and Titanium. Header materials include Carbon Steel, HIC-tested Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Chrome Moly, 2205 Duplex, and Titanium. For cold-weather operations, we provide winterizing solutions such as recirculation systems, steam coils, space heaters, automatic fans, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) — all designed to maintain peak efficiency and reliability year-round.
